is my PSU sufficient for my sytem?

Why water cool? You wont get that much better performance. Just get a nice air cooler(look at mine, both cores idle at 36c). I think the minimum for that card is like 450watts.....yep found it. "450 Watt or greater power supply with 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express® power connector recommended" It'll be fine, any thing bigger and you'll most likely need an upgrade your PS.

i wanna OC my CPU so i can have a better performance, where i'm living at is kinda hot place, m'sia, summer all the time. the room temperature where my pc located at is around 30+, the airflow is very low due to the location of the room. so i cant rely on air cooling too much.

the card you mean here is the 4850? this mean if i upgrade to water cool i'll have to upgrade my PS as well right?

Yes, the one in your sig right? Should be fine with that ps, but if you go any bigger you'll need a bigger one. Going from yours, to my 4870 I need another 6 pin connector. Air cooling should still work, maybe not as well but Jesus man 86f is ****ing hot, how do you sleep at night? I live near the coast in south Texas and at 80f its so hot and sticky its hard to sleep.

alright, then i dont hav to replace it 1st, i just bought it not too long ago this pc.
i sleep at ground floor and my pc located at 1st floor so is not that hot at night. just that my pc almost on for every 24hours a day, sometimes i dint off it for more than a week. anyway that temp is for that room only, other places have other reading.

A high end air cooler would kill that crappy water cooling kit.

If you water cool, you need to order the parts individually.
