Need help connecting hard drive.

Well my computer was having many many errors (freezing, slow, etc.) so I decided to finally format. Well after I have formatted, my second internal hard drive is no longer showing up on my computer and it is the one with all of my pictures and music (I really don't want to lose my itunes music lol). So can someone help me figure out how to get it connecting? I have gone to disk management and its basically invisible there so I don't know.

What else do you want? It took my like 5 minutes just to remember how to take it out of my computer lol.
 
This may sound like a dumb question, but are they both plugged into the motherboard and the power supply? It sounds like the second hard drive is not being recognized because its either not getting power or its not connected to the board...

Its the exact same as it was before I re-formatted.
