it must not crashed= mac. Prehaps the macbook pro.Hey guys, I joined this forum because I was just in a few electronics websites, and realized that I have NO idea what to look for in a computer.
I need a new laptop. I'm currently in college doing architecture so it must be fast and able to run a lot of programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino, CAD, etc.) with no problems. It must NOT CRASH.
I want it to last me a while (3+ years if possible) and have decent battery life.
All my teachers use Macbooks, so I was looking at them, but I think there might be something better and cheaper without the Apple logo on it. My price range is USD2000.
Thanks!![]()
Hey, thanks for the quick reply! I was just in the Apple website and noticed that if I buy the 13-inch black Macbook and upgrade it to 4GB memory and a 3-year warranty it would have more memory than a Pro and still be cheaper. Would this be a smart buy? Or am I missing something important?it must not crashed= mac. Prehaps the macbook pro.
That's why it's so hard.If you have that kind of budget than you pretty have anything available at your disposal.

What's the best I can get for my needs?
So prehaps 15'' macbook pro. Is your programs in windows or mac format (if you already bought them) and a powerbook from 2003 can run the latest os.It must NOT CRASH.
As far as your question about the 13 inch macbook......Memory isnt everything im pretty sure the macbook pro has a better cpu and graphics card but i could be wrong.
