Nice,

I would recommend getting new software.

But you can install your old OS on the computer as long as it is not installed on that computer! If you still want to have that OS on your computer.... then yes buy the new software.

if it is OEM software it cannot be transferred from one computer to another legally

I noticed the case didn't have any fans and have a couple of case fans included in the price.

Thanks for the advice on the motherboard, i will go with the Gigabyte motherboard you recommended and not bother with a video card.

Will the Corsair memory i have chosen still be alright with this motherboard, i am having trouble finding memory specifications for the motherboard, even using this motherboards PDF; GA-73PVM-S2H Motherboard

Also, with a "Networking Network adapter - Realtek RTL8211B - Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet " integrated on the motherboard, do i still need a seperate Network Card to connect to the internet with ?

Gigabyte mobo works with most RAM. But I do suggest you go for DDR2 800

And that "Ethernet, Fast Ethernet" is the normal LAN port. If you need to go wireless, you will need an wireless card/ usb adapter. I don't know which brand of wireless card/ adapter is better, I usually just go for cheap one. (I come across this brand 3-4 years ago, still working)
