well i got kind of screwed over. I was going to get the Antec 300 case deal that came with a nice PSU for quite cheap, but i accidentally went over the due date limit and now that deal is defunct.

So, please recommand me a nice PSU and Case deal. Trying to keep the budget for the case and psu at ABOUT $100. No super hardcore gamer cases please with neon lights flashing everywhere. Just a regular one (like the antec 300) with good heat control will do fine. Same thing with the PSU, nothing flashy but good enough to handle the power in this build.

Why not an antec 900? ..and a 750W psu from ocz?

I hate blue lights so I just removed the leds in the fans in the 900 and its great.

Is there a budget you had that I missed?

36a on the 12v rail, it should be perfectly fine to hold up. Considering its Antec also, it will be safe if it ever fails.

that sounds like a great deal! but will the PSU hold up?

No, definately not.

You clearly don't understand PSUs and you are having a laugh if you think that PSU will suffice. Its rubbish. Low efficiency, ATX standard (without EPS 2.91) means only 18A is available to your system minus the CPU, complete crap.

Get quality. Corsair 620W. I can justify all of the above if needed.

I think you shouldve listened to bigfella :). I just got the 750W Corsair version and its as solid as a brick. Came in a pretty package too with way more cables then anyone will need. It also came with a neat raised sticker that I will pop on to my tempest when it arrives.
