Hi,
I have a problem that I can't figure out. I use Mozilla when I do 99% of my online work. However, I do need to use Internet Explorer for the remaining portion of my work.
I am a distributor for a large company and to do my work from home, I must use Internet Explorer to view the videos on that site, it will not work with Mozilla.
Here is my real question: When I use Mozilla, I can see every part of that website except watch the videos. Here is the error message: "Video is only available using Internet Explorer with Windows Media Player.
Now when I use Internet Explorer, I access the same website but it tells me the I need to install Flash Player????? It also tell me the following:
"You must have Browser cookies enabled, Macromedia Flash Player, & a supported Browser/Operating System/Media Player configuration".
Well, I do have all the above programs installed on my computer. I suspect that I need to change some settings in Internet Explorer, but I have no idea which ones.
I am using Windows XP for my operating system.
Any help would be a great help,
Tom
