Building my first computer system, looking for advise

Hi I have produced a specification for the complete system that I am in the process of building, I am basically in the process of purchasing a new part each week until the build is complete, any advise would be appreciated

Is there anything I have not already done that you would change at similar cost?
Are there any incompatibility problems within this spec you know of?

I am toying with that Idea, not a big fan tho but may make the switch, plus from what I understand it would allow me to further upgrade to 8GB which would allow the most from my motherboard.
 
yeah, honesstly, Vista has gotten better. There aren't as my bug and glitches as there was when it came out. If you use it for a bit you will get used to it.
 
The idea behind the 3 different types of hard drive, are to use the Raptor to install obviously the OS and any other software and games, then use the 1TB drive to store all media files such as videos and music, then the final 300GB drive to be used purely as a target for files been downloaded from the net.

This then also uses all the SATA ports on the board, because I have 1 external SATA port on the top of the case that uses 1 of the 4 SATA slots.

another thing I would quite like to add is some type of sound card with an optical output to hook up to my amp, because the current plan for this is to simply use a jack to phono cable, but im not sure how good quality this will give, its something I have still not looked into but another possible future upgrade.
