alright so this is my set up... i have 1. 120mm fan, a PSU with a 120mm fan... and my CPU cooler which is a 120mm fan aslo...
my 120mm fan is blowing air in...
my cpu cooler the thermal take red orb is blowing air onto my cpu and RAM( has heat spreaders)
and my PSU fan is blowing air out... is there another efficient method, because i'm going to add another 120mm fan in the front....
BTW my case is the Ultra eTourque.. silver and black...

Wait so you dont have a 120mm fan in the back (not counting the PSU). Instead of adding another one to the front, add it to the back, so you have a wind tunnel affect.

Exhaust as these guys have said is most important. If you have a single fan in front and that's the only intake it'd be pointless because that fan would be limiting airflow. I run zero intake fans, all exhaust.

Without an intake fan, you would be getting less cool air flowing in to your case, increasing overheating chances (unless if you have a REALLY cool running processor/hard drive/video card, and would also create a light vacuum due to the pressure difference.

Not if you have exhaust fans.

Not if you have exhaust fans.
Exaust fans take air OUT whilst intake takes air IN. Without any intake fans, the only air coming into your rig is from tiny vent wholes, therefore the inability to properly balance the air pressure creates a vacuum. Yes, you need at least one intake fan.

Not true.

If there is a space in the front for intake with vents, and air going out the back, where does the air going out the back come from?? Hmm... probably through that vent! If you have dual fans in the back, and a single fan in that vent, you're limiting the incoming airflow of that vent to what that single fan can produce. You can't have exhausting air without it coming in first...

And when you say vacuum is a bad thing, that's what you want. Having a vacuum from the exhaust fans is what causes air to be taken in.

Having a single fan vs. the possible intake of two is an extremely inefficient way of creating airflow.
