Firefox problems

Hi,

During the last few weeks, sometimes, I can't play youtube video(it stop after 2 secs). I have to restart firefox to fix this problems. But lately, it occurs more often (everyday).
Same apply for music streaming....

FYI, I'm using Windows Vista.

I've a very high speed internet connection. I stream videos everyday. (No problem with IE).
My firefox version is 3.0.3.

Also, when my firefox stop playing the streaming video, I can see that the video is still downloading..just not playing. In other words, when we stream video in some websites (youtube for example). There are 3 colours; red, light red and transparent. When the video play, it stop after 2 secs, BUT the loading bar is still loading (the light red bar). It just won't play.
