I am not too knowledgeable about KFA2 as a company. I would do some research about customer service and Step-up programs such as Evga and BFG have. You can get probably get a better card for the same price.

BFG GTX 260 OC 216 MAXCORE with a lifetime warranty for $299
http://www.bfgstore.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=BFGEGTX260MC896OCE

eVGA GTX 260 core 216 Super Clocked Edition with a lifetime warranty for $319

KFA2, AKA Galaxy... found it on google news, its new and highly rated. And either way, are these cards compatible with the MB and other system specs. And also, this card is better then those other 2.

Yes, that card will work fine with that motherboard....but read the warranty service of that company. They provide the BEST limited warranty in the industry! LOL Sounds like a better deal than other companies lifetime warranty to me:) And their step up program is great...they don't have one:(

Thank you for purchase KFA2 product. Please read the following warranty agreement and RMA procedures.
In keeping with our valued ideology, we are pleased to offer our customers the KFA2 Warranty Program.
Please Note: As KFA2 strives to honor the best limited warranty in the business we have made, and will continue to make, policy changes. Make sure you read this document carefully and check back for updates.

They won't even state how long the warranty is even for??? Interesting.....

Well, I have never even heard of KFA. Try something like zotac, evga, BFG. Im not saying that KFA is bad, just sayin that it MIGHT be.

EDIT: Soz, forgot to tell ya. It will be compatible

Why get 8 gigs of ram? Mide aswell get 2 4 gigs if your going ddr2 I would just stick with 4 gigs and get this instead

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227178

why not get 1066ddr2? when it's the same price(if not a bux cheaper)

... then ill get 8gb 1066... I really don't like it when people say not to bother getting 8gb- theres absolutely no harm in getting 8gb, unless you cant afford it.

This graphics card seems to be an upgrade from the other companies cards, and is cheaper. Their company is more commonly known as Galaxy

& also
October 10, 2008- Galaxy Microsystems Ltd announced today that it has increased the warranty period on its VGA card products from one year to two years in USA and Canada regions. The new, two -year hardware warranty applies to purchases made from October 10, 2008 and onwards.
