Hi-Jacking of my email address

A company in Canada is sending out spam using my email address, I have checked my computer using Spyware and find nothing. It's been going on for the last month, how can I stop it?

Simple change the password.

Bit delayed but it's BT Yahoo, is it necessary to access my computer to use my email address or is it a proxy or whatever?

Most likely they aren't actually sending it from within your e-mail account, they are simply spoofing the address to appear as if it came from you, it is very easy to have an e-mail message appear to come from another address, such as [email protected].
