Can i put a video card in this hp?

My computer bit the dust and the guy who checked it will sell me an HP with a 2.6 ghz pentium 4 on payments.200 bucks.I'm disabled so im poor,,,//the comp has 3 pci slots but no agp has a intel 8245g graphics chip onboard..Can i put a halfway decent video card in

you can,you could put a Pci gfx card in there but you dont have much choice.

whats your max budget for the card and what do you intend to play with it?

probably lord of the rings online or anything that i could play on my nvidia6800XT....No agp socket to put that in though..about 100 buck budget

No, you wont be able to play Lord of the rings online on a PCI slot, you'll need a pci-e. Maybe a top of the line AGP card but I doubt it(lol top of the line AGP). You may be able to part out the drives on that one pc and build one for like 400 or so. See if anyone is selling one on the forums.
