help with my VGA

i own this VGA
ATI Radeon X2300 up to 896MB of Hypermemory (256MB of dedicated memory)

i don't understand the part where it says "up to 896MB of Hypermemory (256MB of dedicated memory)"
what does that means? so how much memory does my card have?

i already looked on google but can't find anything usefull...

yea i readed that but it didn't helped me much...
that still doesn't explains anything...

i was just looking for the hardware requirments for gta 4 and on the site i sow a place where it said test your computer i clicked it and it said that my VGA is not good enough and i can't run the game 'cos my VGA acording to them had only 128mb.

after that i checked this page..

and it said i can run the game and my VGA has 256mb

and i wanna know what that part "up to 896MB of Hypermemory (256MB of dedicated memory)" means... maybe i can add some memory to the VGA or ???
