If the motherboard does support the CPU, then yes, it will work; however, unless you manually OC the FSB (which may not always even work), the CPU will be downclocked to 1066FSB which also reduces the stock clockspeed to 1066/1333*100=~80%. You'd better check the motherboard CPU support, though.

1066 is as high as you can go. There is no bios update to support 1333 processors. Here is the cpu support list for that motherboard.
