Are there any other freeware programs that will allow me to burn an ISO file to a dvd? Just tried DVD shrink but its not working the way I want it to.

it only burns movie iso's in my experience.

I found a program called 'dvd video recorder' and its the quickest easiest tool ive ever used for burning ISO's!

Movie ISOs? What's the difference between a normal ISO and a movie ISO? I am pretty damn sure they are the same thing...

no, no, no. For whatever reason DVD Decryptor wont burn images correctly of anything other than movie ISO's.

My whole reason for this is that I have a guy whose computer im going to be reformatting and he has Windows Media Center Edition but lost his restore disc. I had another friend who had the disc, so I ripped it and needed to burn it to a disc but dvd decryptor wouldnt open the file for some reason.

So DVD MOVIES work fine with it, but every time ive tried to burn something other than a movie ISO it wont open it correctly. I think it may have to do with the fact that dvd decryptor asks for region codes or something?

I dunno, maybe im just cursed but it sure as hell never worked right for me :/

Yeah... It's probably when you ripped it. Seeing as how OS disks have protection against ripping them, lol. That or when you burned the disk dvd decryptor didn't make it bootable. Either way, all ISOs are the same; movie, personal, music, etc. It is just a cd/dvd image.
