Will this $380 build work, and can I do better?

I'll be using an HDTV for the monitor, so consider that if you want to suggest different parts. This is the first PC I've ever tried to build, and I really want to get it right. I've done a lot of research and I feel this will make a great $380 computer. Critique will be appreciated.

Looks like a good build. But get a better PSU. at least 450, 350 I do not think will do. MAYBE 400 but I highly doubt it. Also, 2GB RAM can be had for 20 bucks, if you trust a MIR.

just go with the original powersupply you picked, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817339020 im sure like 6 people are going to come on here and give the satistics speach about how 95 percent of computers or whatever die because of a bad powersupply, well from this one it has mostly good reviews and if the people that have bought it think its great besides the short wires then you should listen to them besides, alot of stock computers come with crappy power supplys and they work fine i would also recommend a operating system, you dont have one listed you can get one for around 100 bucks or you can go with linux witch is free, also for your graphics card i would recommend http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102807 its clocked 150 mhz slower but you could prolly overclock it, and it has twice as much memorie as the card you picked, so you will see a big improvment on that

Look into the HD3850's. Cheapo. And for $51 might as well get a P31-S3G. And a hec Orion 585W PSU.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll probably go back to my original PSU.

Also, I'm leaning more toward the 4670 rather than the Sapphire 4650 because 1gb of memory is a bit much for a mid-grade GPU. I decided that after reading this:

oscar I checked newegg for the 3850's and they're actually more expensive.
