Just a few shots of the progress on my x48 system rebuild after I modded, cleaned, and painted the chassis and grilles!

New ram, cpu cooler, and gpu are coming soon!!

Nice paint work! Antec 900, right? I had one of those. I was considering painting the interior of my next case, but I'm worried about ruining a perfectly good case...that and having to spray-paint either in the garage or the basement, since it's way too cold outside to do this right.
 
Looks great! Now you need to cut a hole at the bottom for the PSU wires.

I do love the colour you picked!
 
thanks for the comments folks..

the color is General Motors Lime Green Pearl. and it took 1 coat of primer, 3 coats color, 2 coats clear, and I got through the whole thing with only 1 tiny run in the paint which I pretty much smoothed down.

Yeah, its pretty easy to disassemble the Antec900---as ya'll can see the hdd cages are not done yet!

single 4870 x2 2gb gpu

OCZ vendetta2 cpu cooler got reinstalled (maybe something new soon?)

ram--ocz platinum pc2-8500 2gbx2gb

reinstall wireless card

maybe another goody or 2..:cool:
 
i love that paint job, it still looks metal, just a green metal looks pwng :D what kind of paint is that because that absolutly looks sweet as heck
