Huge difference between Vista Home Premium and Ultimate?

So I want to maybe get a copy of Vista Home Premium but is that a mistake? Is Ultimate a whole lot better even though the price is much more? Also I may be getting a pirated or burned version of Vista which I know is legit and im also using a Windows Professional Pirated version but do you think that I will be ok with getting a pirated disk version? It's from a guy that knows a lot about computer. I personally would like to get my own version of Vista but the price is to much and I don't think I can.

The only thing that you might (but probably not) consider ultimate for is the Animated Desktops (dreamscenes) besides that you likely wont use any of the other features
 
Against forum rules to talk bout pirated software but having ultimate myself, it isnt worth the money.
