How can increase the speed of internet on LAN.

I want to know is there anyway i can increase speed of my internet which is provided to me through a simple LAN...
the network administrator uses windows server 2003 to control his network and he didn't give his users IP addresses..
He uses one server and 4 Hubs.

Your question is a bit vague.

Your internet speed is controled by your provider. Are you saying your net admin is limiting your speed below the speed of the wan? You should take that up with him.

You have to have ip adddresses if you are sitting on his lan.

Perhaps he is using managed switches and ISA server to limit your speed, in that case you cant do anything about it.

Not going to help you steal bandwidth.

I contacted him and he fixed the problem. He said that there is an IP CONFLICTING.
