longest time virus free.. 7 years for me

its hard to imagine one can stay away from virus or spyware for over 7 years, i have done just that, i use to get so many junk spyware, virus and all that crap in my home PC, i guess its a matter of figuring out what spyware software your PC likes and sticking with that, my question to you if you get hit all the time, what virus protection app do you use, and what firewall app do you use?

i have been using AVG from day one and as for firewall, Filseclab.

Yes but also if you dont download random crap off the web and go on porno sites you will be just fine and if you need to download a file run it through VirusTotal thats what i do on my laptop
