Google searches are all shopping related?

When searching something from google everything you search comes back with a shopping related link.

Running Win XP, with Avira, Spyware Blaster and SpyBot.

I had the same thing but I used anti malware full scan it seemed to read it and get rid of it.

Possibly a Vundo infection present, ComboFix will tell for sure:

Post the log from ComboFix when you've accomplished that, along with a new HijackThis log.
