Not sure exactly when, but apparently they can be OC'd to 6.3GHz... is that enough?

you can probably hit that on single stage phase change cooling, but those would be cpu killing voltage amounts, i would give the cpu around 2 days if you had it down to -45*C

lol Probably... they did use liquid nitrogen though. They got to 5GHz with dry ice and 4GHz on air cooling. Apparently the CPU works flawlessly from -200 to 100 degrees Celsius.
