upgrading my cpu, which one to get?

So I just sold my 64 X2 4000+ for $35 shipped. That and some other money, I've got 60bucks, including shipping, for a new proc. I don't need a heatsink. Here are my mobo specs:

I figured I would get the 5200+ from newegg for 56 shipped. it seems the best I can get. Plus one a different site, it said that the 5200+ is the highest proc it supports. Is this because it the 5200+ was the neweswt 64 X2 out? Can I get a better one if I wanted to?
 
so then anything that is 65W should work, right? one more quick question: will a 420W PSU with a single +12V rail @ 20A run my computer fine when i get the 5200? i think it will, just want the conformation
 
Yeah you should be fine on the P/S. If you update your card you would need a new P/S, getting pretty close with just 20 amps. As far as the 65W Brisbanes, just update the bios to the latest. If you have a older bios it might not recognize some of the newer Brisbane cores.
 
yeah, it's a bit over my budget, but I might be able to get it. I can get that for 50 bucks from Mr. Johanassen. Which I might do, but I might just get one thats brand new.
