9600GT with a 22" Monitor

Im currently building myself a new computer. Have decided to get a Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT. I was going to get a 22" Monitor, but my friend tells me that my card wont be able to play games like Crysis Warhead on a 22" at full settings. He reckons i would need a 19" to do that.

Is he right, or can i get a 22" and just pick a good resolution?

Thanks

If your rig is the settings in your sig, you'd be better off getting a 19" if you wanted higher deatils, but I reckon you might be able to play Crysis Warhead on medium settings with a 9600 GT... maybe you could even SLI them eventually.

I agree. The 9600 certainly won't play Crysis maxed, just won't happen. But you'll be more satisfied with clarity and performance on a 19" monitor when you're able to run the optimum res. at medium-high settings.

Well, I don't get what's with the Crysis benchmarking... but the 9600GT is an awesome card.

Yea. Crysis really isn't a fair way to bench a card. Crysis looks good, but it's coding is absolute crap since high end systems still struggle to process it. Typical system setups just don't perform as they should in crysis. I think warhead performs better, at least it did for me anyway.
