How's This for Starting a New Build?

I'm about to build a new PC. I am not a gamer, but I do have an HD video camera, and will be using it to manage and store some HD videos. I'm just looking for a solid PC that will last me a while. I looking at a Core 2 Duo or Quad for the CPU. How this for starters?

Motherboard:

Case:

PSU:

I already have this video card that I plan on using:

Any comments would be appreciated.

Well since you'll probably be doing some HD video rendering and editing I assume, then you'll probably want a video card with a little more juice. The motherboard looks great and so does the case and PSU. As for CPU, go quad. You'll be glad you did.
