My graphics card isnt working properly! help!

i have the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102801

and the benchmarking say i should be getting 30 fps on high settings on Crysis at 1920x1200 well i have it on medium settings at 1072x728 and im getting 13 fps! It automatically sets the graphics to medium but the first time it set it to high and it wasnt lagging now it is on medium HELP!

is my processor bottlenecking it

amd phenom quadcore @ 2.3 ghz

Do you have the latest patch for crysis? Also are your drivers up to date?
 
You tried any other games, see how it handles them.

It could just be the demo man, maybe buy/borrow the full game see what happens.

well its just that game i can play everything else at maxed setting at max resolution (gears of war, fallout 3, oblivion, UT3, COD4, L4D, Battlefield 2+2024)
