I got blinky rocks! GPU issue?

Well, I started to notice them a while ago but never paid any attention. After learning about artifacts, it got me nervous. There not to much of an issue like at a distance you can see the blinking but when you scope in you can't see anything. Is this normal?

Also, to save a thread. I was thinking about a monitor fan? Or at least some red cathodes behind it.

I know what you mean its happened to em with windows in battlefield 2 from a distance they start to flicker and things. But no i don't think its something wrong with the GPU just the game
 
Yea it just sounds like normal driver conflicts. Sometimes in Crysis I used to have whole textures disappear until they came out with a patch.

Yea, that was also a problem in FarCry1, there would just be black.

Artifacting and a failing GPU are evident when there are random lines, characters or stability issues. In your case as the other guys said, just an issue with the game.
