Under my NVIDIA settings there is a, "Screen Refresh Rate" and it's set at 60 hertz. What does this mean? (60 hertz, 66 hertz, 70 hertz, 72 hertz, and 75 hertz are the settings it could be set at)

Do you have a CRT or a LCD monitor? IF you have a CRT set it on one that you are comfortable with and doesnt kill your eyes. If you have a LCD it doesnt matter what they are set at cause LCDs dont use it.
