The FSB (QDR) and mulitplier is how you change the CPU speed.
I'll post my settings tomorrow for the NB and chipset. Since were both running Quads on the same board. That'll leave you with just the FSB and vCore to mess with.
To get stable at 3.4, all I did was raise the CPU voltage to 1.375 in the BIOS. The actual voltage in CPU-Z was around 1.31. Didn't make any other changes besides the FSB speed, which was set at 425 w/ a 8X multiplier.
