Shutting down windows XP-sp2

HI

I have just done a install on a clean HDD that i have just bought for my re-build , but it seems to take ages to shut down as anyone any ideas has to why .

In device manager have you any yellow question marks against any devices ? also any problems showing in "Admin tools" / Event viewer.

Hi

Sorry guy's for not answereing straight away , I have some work away from home will be back at my PC in a couple of day's , thanks for your reply , hope to get your interest when I get back .
