Your thoughts on HD passive silencer. Temp. reducer

I have a similar one and it works pretty well. Don't expect miracles, but it'll kill nearly all the vibrational noises and significantly dampen the seeking clicks.

That´s a shame, I am always looking to reduce temps and noise a little more.
My HD´s running at 36 idle at the moment and it´s winter here.
Perhaps a 120 mm silent intake fan, passing air over the fins on that HD case. ?
They are 24 euros here.
 
The enclosure.
The fans are pretty cheap about 8 to 10 euros. Their all Tacens as well.
My PSU is also Tacens.
I´d never heard of them before and there´s not much on the net, but I´ve nothing but praise, as all their products I´ve tried are very silent and seem reliable. Touch wood
