iDVD for Windows

Is there a program similar to iDvd on the mac but for windows? Something clean and small (not nero ) that will allow me to take my movie files and burn them to dvd.

Any suggestions (Preferably free)

Just use MovieMaker...

Convert X to DVD is what I use.

You can create DVDs in Movie Maker, go to File>Publish Movie. It's really simple...
