Faulty Ram or not enough PSU?

before:
- 300w psu
- x850xt
- 3gig ram 2x 1gb 2x 512mb
- vista 32bit
works flawless

after:
350w psu
- x850xt
- 6gig ram 2x 2gb 2x 1gb
- vista 64bit
shows when boot shows red blue dot on screen. then wont get pass windows logo and blackout then force restart then wont boot at all although power light is on but no sound of booting.

then:
- 350w psu
- x850xt
- 4gig ram 2x 2gb
- vista 64bit
boot up and has weird loud noise from speaker for 4sec.. boot up to desktop. 10sec later blackout.

then:
- 350w psu
- x850xt
- 2gig ram 1x 2gb
- vista 64bit
works flawless

then:
- 350w psu
- took out graphic card
- 6gig ram 2x 2gb 2x 1gb
- vista 64bit
loud speaker noise for 4sec then blackout

then:
- 350w psu
- took out graphic card
- 4gig ram 2x 2gb
- vista 64bit
loud speaker noise for 4sec. boot up to desktop fine. network pci dont work which mean no internet

then:
- 350w psu
- took out graphic card
- 3gig ram 1x 2gb 2x 512mb
- vista 64bit
works flawless

then:
install only 1x 2gb and install all of the ram by one at a time to see if it work.... works flawless

refference:
- 300w psu
- x850xt
- 6gig ram 2x 2gb 2x 1gb
- vista 32bit
reads 6gig on right click computer. alt tab manager reads total 3.3gig which is normal for vista 32bit.

so what is the problem? i ant to confirm if its the psu... so i can waste money on 500w psu but i dont want to waste money on it freely if its a faulty ram.

from my analyst.... it seems that it have to do with vista 64bit. seems that vista 64bit dont let me install 4gig or up or else itll have issue. so what you all think? vista 64bit? psu? if its psu.... i even took out my x850xt and it should cut down loads of power.... but still i cant run 4gig up without having issue. please help.

Download Memtest to test your memory. i would say its the psu not being powerful enough for added memory.

It's highly unlikely its vista 64 bit since it allows up to I believe 128 gb of memory. Sounds like you have some bad ram.

im 99% sure its not my ram. i tried installing the rams 1 by 1 and all boot up fine.

im 100% sure its not my psu since i tried taking out my graphic card and still blackout with 6gig ram. taking out graphic card should cut out loads of power.

6gig ram im using are:
- 2x 2gb corsair dhx 5-5-5-18 pc2 6400
- 2x 1gb corsair dhx 5-5-5-18 pc2 6400
- installed in pairs.. 2x 2gb on two blue slots and 2x 1gb on two yellow slots.

please anymore idea? i am thinking it have to do with vista 64bit....
