Memory Matching

Currently i have a set of TwinX CMX512-3200C2

Specs:
The CMX512-3200C2 is a 512 MByte DDR SDRAM DIMM designed for extreme speed and is one of the fastest 512 MB modules available. This part delivers outstanding performance at high clock speeds. It has been tested extensively in a variety of motherboards commonly used in gaming rigs. This memory has been verified to operate at 200 MHz (DDR400) at aggressive latencies of 2-3-3-6. This module is also available in matched pairs of TwinX modules tested as a set in a dual channel DDR motherboard.

So i have two sticks of the CMX and was looking to get a GB of another stick.. I was looking at this (This should be good right) Latency and MHz match:

If you recommend anything other than this please state what brand/a link and why please you think it would be a better match?
 
It should work but if you are using 3 sticks you will likely lose dual channel. You'll probably also need to up the voltage to 2.6v (I believe this is the standard for 1GB DDR sticks vs 2.5v for 512MB and smaller sticks)

My mobo doesnt support dual channel. I only have 3 DIMM slots and two are taken up by the Twin corsair.

I could always just get a pair of 2GB(2x1GB) with better timings and then throw the corsairs in my back-up computer if they are the right specs and or just sell them.

Thoughts?

Well I wouldn't spend more than you were going to just to get a matched pair. Mixing the RAM will be fine, you can bump the voltage to 2.6v with very little risk. Also, the timings are about as good as you will get in DDR.
 
Well you can tell DDR1 is going away, it certainly hasn't gotten any cheaper for 1GB sticks for a long time.

Anyway, that RAM should be good.
