Are these voltages safe?

Could someone tell me if these voltages are safe and what they mean?

Isnt a X2 5000 suppost to be running at 2.6ghz? But if the Vcore1 is the CPU, then 1.26V is pretty good. Most of the X2 5000 I've installed default to around 1.3V.

This is the 5000+ BE, I think its 2.4ghz

Since I have no idea what these voltages are and what they mean I'm a little bit concerned because almost all the readings seem to be over

All the "+" voltages shown are fine and within spec for your processor (Vcore1) and northbridge (Vcore2). +3.3, +5, and +12v are voltages for your motherboard, hard drives, and optical drives. Vbat is the voltage of your motherboard's lithium coin cell that keeps the CMOS alive when 120vac power is removed from your PSU.
All the "-" voltages can safely be ignored... they're almost never used in a recent mobo.
You're fine. :)
