CNPS9700 acting up. May need replacement.

Cause this thing is freaking loud. I know its not my other fans. I just got done switching out an old 90mm fan and 120mm fan with two new ones that are both silent. So now the only hum in my computer is caused from the 9700.

Anyone know what would perform better or the same as a replacement? Id love to keep it all copper and have blue leds. Price isnt an issue.

Before ordering im gonna clean it up and see if that helps, but id like to get a few options anyways for a new build im doing and another build im helping a friend with.

You do realize the TRUE copper weighs over 4 pounds right? 1800grams I believe.

Just get the regular TRUE it has a copper base which is all you need.

I no right, its ridiculous.

Every review site I've read highly recommends everyone run it in a horizontal setup, and tells everyone running it in a vertical setup to never even touch your case.
