Can't See Second Drive

So I got a 160GB WD Sata drive from a Comcast HD DVR box. I plugged it in as a second drive wanting to format it. My BIOS and Device Manager both recognize a WD160, but it's not showing up next to the C:.




Any ideas?

Initialize it with disk manager. Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>storage

Administrative Tools/Computer Management/Click on Disk Management, then partition and format it.
