Quick help needed not sure which vid to use

ok i just got my mobo today, it has onboard ati 3200, i also have a x1650 from my previous computer im not sure which would run better can some1 help me out
 
i havent used onboard but normally its inferior... Id def stick with a seperate card... onboard eats all your ram....and a normal card does not
