windows 32bit key will work for 64bit?

I have a laptop that came preinstalled with vista home prem 32bit, they sent me a 64bit cd to reinstall. Will the 64bit work if i use the key that came with my computer?

The key are the same as the 64bit. You did order the 64bit from microsofts for around $9.95 right?

No, didn't order anything my laptop came preinstalled with vista32bit home premium, i called them up asking for a cd to reinstall vista they sent me a 64bit home premium will that work if i reinstall it and use the key on the back of my laptop?

Yes it should work. Hope you not installing a 64bit home premium onto your 32 bit laptop coz it not going to work.
