Print Spooler Service is not Running

My print spooler service is not running on my desktop computer and I cant print.

I went to start>control panel>administrative Tools>Services>scroll down to print spooler>

but print spooler is not even listed here. Any suggestions?

Reload the O/S. Sounds like something has been corrupted or erased. That's what I would do. You could try restoring the spooler but that might cause more issues if there is some corruption in the O/S. I've always had better luck replacing O/S installations than trying to fix them.

i assume that you checked the print spoller service here , but not able to get any thing out of it .
to resolve i suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers .
I hope this will surealy resolve you issue .
