Ethernet Issues Dell Optiplex 745

I recently formatted my hard drive. Reinstalled XP, but there is a yellow ! next to my ethernet in device manager. Of course I can't find the cd with the drivers that came with the PC. Tried to download the driver but can't get it install. Help!!

where is the driver? you should be able to browse to it and install it?
