CPu Heatsink Issue

Upon checking my cpu temp and fan speed in Speedfan and Pc Wizard '08 I am getting some weird readings. The reported temps is ~25C on both yet my fan is running at what sounds like full speed combined with that the reported rpm was anywhere from 3000 to 225000. Is this normal?

Also my power/aux readings are pretty hot. Around 75C, is this my power supply?

Yeap, the power/aux is the P/S. If it doesnt have a temp reading it will give you come kind of wild reading.

As far as your 9600, do you have the CPU auto fan control enabled in the bios?

dont quite get what your asking here, but if your CPU temp is 25c, then that's a good cool temp, lower then my chip.
as long as your CPU temp dont get above 50c (as a safe level) 65c max,
GPU around 85/90 then your fine.

 holy crap 225000 RPM, I WANT THE FAN!!! :D

speed fan tells me my AUX is like 87/88c, i wouldn't worry about it reporting those temps.

Auto fan control is on in the BIOS. The temps on the chip don't worry me as much as the fan speed. It's annoying for one and shouldn't it only do up if the chip is hot?

lol theres no way in hell thats the actual speed, you can't go by that reading. a speed of 225000 rpm is probably fast enough to tear your pc into pieces.
