But I would only be able to use that for like email and regular stuff.

But with this I will be able to game on it as well when i' not home.

why youtube?
it all depends on what you want. you cant game on the netbook, but its cheap. you can game on the gaming lappy, but youll be paying more. its personal preference.

with that being said, consult my thread http://www.computerforum.com/147471-new-laptop-under-400-bucks.html for good deals on laptops. i ended up buying a compaq with resonable specs for 500 bucks shipped.

Looks to me like the OP wants a netbook...i have been eyeing the asus N10 for awhile now, because with that 9300M gs it could do some(albeit light) gaming.

With a 901 the latest games you could play are oblivion, flatout 2, and C&C3.

So if you were thinking of older games the 901 will do fine (and you'll save a lot of money). If you wanted to play say Bioshock, or COD2-4 than you'd need the N10. Keep in mind sometime within the next year they will release the ion platform, which will have a better processor and video card than the N10.

Why youtube? I dont know, i guess because it showed the actual item in action. The thing I like about the N10 is that its a gaming "Netbook" thats just amazing to me. I dont want to feel like im carrying around a desktop.

I figured why get something really big so i was going to get the smallest netbook possible. Then I saw the N10 and thought, "Wow I could get this and be able to game on it as well."

Im going to look into the release date on that Ion thing, maybe I should wait.
I purchased the I7 920 and there are already new versions of it I think lol.
