First time, rookie build, what do you think?

I've been trying to piece something together that will be faster than my current computer, not cost more than $200.00, and leave room for plenty of upgrades in the future. I know there are plenty of experts here and I would love your feedback, please. I'm mainly looking at upgrading my mobo, processor, and ram with these:

ASRock A780GMH/128M AM2+/AM3 AMD 780G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - $69.99

OCZ Platinum 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2N10662GK - $26.99

AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 Kuma 2.7GHz Socket AM2+ 95W Dual-Core black edition Processor Model AD775ZWCGHBOX - $67.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103300

Total - $164.97

I know all of these items are on the low end of the spectrum, but I'm hoping that they all leave plenty of room for upgrade.

What do you think?
Thanks for your time.

That's a pretty good point. My only concern was having more ram than I need with the other components. Should this be a concern at all?

Also, try getting a better mobo than ASRock. ECS,MSI, EVGA, ASUS, Gigabyte, and Foxconn is what you should look at. No ASRock, Biostar, Jetway, PC Chips....and if you don't get the kuma, but rather a normal CPU, than you can get a faster one.

What do you mean "normal"? Is kuma no good?
