I wouldnt use such a cheap power supply... id get at least something like a 630 watt rosewill, but preferably you should have something like a 550 watt(or more) corsair, ocz, pcp&c, seasonic, or zalman.

Agreed .... Also i would see if you cant fit in a little better cpu... Speeds good but only 6mb cache

okay this is a moronic question but the speed on the dual core is much higher than the quad core wouldn't this mean the dual core is faster? sorry to sound stupid but i am not familiar with the quad cores and have only had exp with dual cores.

Well, you can overclock either cpu, but the quad core has 4 cores, and the dual core has 2 cores. The future is more cores vs more clockspeed, and if you get a quad and an aftermarket cooler you can get some nice clockspeeds out of them. Also, the only moronic(or dumb) question is the question that isnt asked;)

I would change mobo to(gives sli capability):

And gpu to(nvidia=sli, can add another down the road and nearly double gpu power as long as mobo is sli like the one linked to above):

I wouldn't go with OCZ ddr3, there have been alot of compatibilty issues with it, imo i would go for this gskill:
