How easy is it to be identified. If you use an internetcafe, then
just your IP can be found. Would anyone use the securtity cameras in
the internet cafe to send a copy to someone you were for example
saying bad things about?
 
No i think you will be ok after all they are not by law allowed to have cameras pointing at your screen in an internet cafe becouse you could be checking your bank details so they would be in breach of your privacy hope this helps :)
 
if you would also like to know how easy it is to be traced the answer is very easy there is a number of ways to trace someone opening a command shell with the instructions tracert then an ip adress is the easyiest way to do this and if you would like to know if you are being traced or watched open up command and type in netstat to see who else is connected to your system

Not just your IP, but also your hardware's MAC address could be identified...but... I think you are being a bit paranoid. That is unless this person whom you are maligning has the will and the means to investigate to such an extent.
