Monitoring software

Hey peeps

I need a good software, a trial does not matter or preferably freeware that I can use to monitor myself. I mean my downloads and uploads because my ISP has introduced this new scheme whereby I have only 2gb max limit.
So any downloads above that i have to pay extra

any good software out there ? :mad:

I got a free one off google, BroadBand download monitor
been off great help.

2gb a month? Dang that sucks I download that in a matter of hours
