i like that setup you posted dsolash. i read some reviews and it looks good. you guys think the asus p6t, i7 920 cpu and 6gb of corsair dominator ram is a killer setup?

you can get better ram for a cheaper price, though.
If you have any questions about the ASUS P6T I currently have it in my i7 right now. (and I'm not scared to push its limits either)

You might find cheaper RAM, but I don't know how you could say it's "better".
There's nothing wrong with Corsair memory, and the Dominators are top notch.

So you def reccomend it? Also am i going to get a good increase in performance over just the average prebuilt mobo, 4 gig ram and 1.8ghz cpu? Right now with my items in my sig i can play crysis on high but i wanna be able to max it out with another gts250 in sli

my results from the P6T are in my sig. The Gigabyte EX58-UD3R seems to perform the same. I prefer the P6T since it has 3 PCI Express 2.0 slots.

posted CPU twice, get it at microcenter the proc. and motherboard is cheaper there. IF you have a local microcenter around your house you can pick it up there.

ya i have looked at a few gigabyte mobos and most have good reviews. i dont think anyone has recommended one to me though.
