I need help choose a cd drive. Can cd/dvd burners also read discs and play games as good as non burners? I ask because in most of the computers I have saw, they have had 2 drives, one for writing cds and one for reading stuff. If burners can read games and stuff fine, then what is the best one for under $30? Thanks for any help.

The difference between a cd/dvd burner and cd/dvd drive is that one obviously writes onto a cd and I would say that you should go for a burner because it pretty much does everything for you.
