I need urgent help

I have some kind of virus that redirects every webpage to a blank page (404), in IE, firefox, even gadgets and xfire advertisements. I think the government might be trying to hack me. Things like msn and netscape work, but AVG, superantispyware, kaseperski, trend micro, nothing can delete it. 2 people on teamviewer have tried to help me, someone says it's infected my kernal rootkit.. On AVG, I get a multiple threat detection that says "c:\windows\system32\drivers\ovfsthucuxymwtnwbprxtaopytiksqdpnwyxxk.sys is a trojan horse backdoor.generic11.izw", and those alerts pop up, maybe because they delete and remake themselves after removal. I also tried running avast before windows booted, but that didn't work.

Here is my hijackthis log first.

Try running in safe mode, if that doesnt work, try downloading and running combofix. Also, you could try setting the drive as a slave on another computer and running a malwarebytes scan on it.

Combofix in safe mode didn't help, still have the same problems. And the only computers are my laptop, a desktop from 2002, and a laptop from 1997, so I can't put it into a slave drive, and I don't see how simply moving a drive and doing the same scan could help anyway. - I can run malware bytes now, it probably froze last time because I had 4+ scans running at once. I'll try to get the log.

I was referring to how it would not freeze malwarebytes, only thing i could think of would be trying out a bootable antivirus, but beyond that my experience is somewhat limited. Another thing... disable system restore, viruses like to hide in there.

Well malwarebytes is working that's good, 3 hours so far and it's in the drivers folder >:(
I'll have to let it finish until tomorrow, but I've been told a rootkit is impossible to remove without reinstalling vista, and I don't have a restore disk or anything.

Here's my malwarebytes log.

Try re-running ComboFix and post the log back, at this point i will have to pass you on to someone like john or ceewi1 because they are more experienced but it looks as though if ComboFix won't help or produce a log and you can't slave the drive the best option (since you think you're being hacked by the government) would be to dban the hard drive and reinstall everything.

I'd personally wait for john or ceewi1 before wiping the hard drive though.

Combofix safe mode in code
--Firefox/everything works in windows 7, but now on vista it loads with a black background, no apps starting. Normal processes (explorer.exe ect,) but it's just black. Windows 7 works fine with all of this.

Edit: I put the log in pastebin
http://pastebin.com/f6d6c9717

--I'd prefer to have vista working, I CBA to wipe a hard drive without disks and I'm not going to make them, I'm thinking about installing Fedora, I have an iso of it.

Okay. 8 hours and it's fixed.
I thought, why don't I just reinstall. Well, I clicked format c: on my computer in 7, and it failed. I cancelled while it was working, because I forgot I needed to back my stuff up. I try to get back in to the C:, but it says it needs to format first -.-
So in command prompt, I format the c:. I then restart, and it tells me It can't find a boot drive I think it was. I used the 7 install disc, ran command prompt from that, and combined all of the drives so it was all clear. I then installed 7, and tried to start the computer. It gave me an error, forgot the exact thing, but it wouldn't start. I learned later that it was because I had my USB drive in. I had no way of getting into the boot area unless I took it out, and didnt figure it out until later. So I went and installed vista over that, and learned about the USB problem, making my vista install useless. I then tried to go back to 7, since I had no reason to be using Vista after fixing my USB problem. I needed to have SP1 on vista before upgrading. LUCKILY I had it saved on my flash drive, because the internet drivers did not work. About an hour and SP1 was done, so I installed 7. Then, I had about 5 different drivers including the mic and wireless go. I downloaded 3 different wireless drivers, installed them all, and had to restart 3 times before I could actually get on the internet. Atleast it's fixed, and Vista is gone.
